LadyStage products are available while stocks last.
If our product(s) had run out of stock, the full amount will be refunded.

LadyStage ensures that the colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, due to the difference in the resolution of your monitor, we will not be able to guarantee 100% of the colours being displayed.

Exchange Policy

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

If you had received a defective merchandise, it must be returned unworn and in its original condition within 2 weeks after receiving. Postage fees for sending the return merchandise will be paid by LadyStage. Please send us an email to inform us before sending out the parcel.

In the event if the defective merchandise is out-of-stock, you can choose to exchange for any item from our store of the same value. You may also choose to top up for product(s) with a higher value OR opt for a full refund.

Mailing Policy

We will not be liable for any lost normal postages. (Customers are encouraged to opt for registered mails.)
